1. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The product you received is damaged or defective.
  • The product does not match the specifications listed on our website.
  • An exchange is requested for a plain (non-printed) product.


2. Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of delivery.

  • Provide your order number.
  • Include clear photographs of the issue.

We will guide you through the return process and arrange either a replacement or a refund.

3.  Incorrect Size (Printed and Customized Orders)

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for printed or customized items due to incorrect size selection.
We strongly recommend reviewing our size charts and product details carefully before placing your order. If you need help choosing a size, our team will be happy to assist you before you confirm your purchase.

4. Exchange for (Non-Printed) Products

If you ordered the wrong size for a plain (non-printed) product, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

5. Return Process
