Leavan Return & Exchange Policy

1. Inspection Upon Delivery

For your peace of mind, you are fully permitted to open and inspect your order while the courier is present before officially receiving and paying for it. This allows you to verify the quality and specifications of your items right at your doorstep.

2. Returns and Exchanges (Within 7 Days)

If you need to return or exchange an item after the courier has left, we accept requests within 7 days of delivery.

Note: All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original, brand-new condition.

3. Shipping Fees for Returns

• If we made a mistake (defective or incorrect items), Leavan will cover 100% of the return shipping and replacement costs.
• For size exchanges or change-of-mind returns, a standard return shipping fee will apply.

4. The Return & Refund Process

To initiate a return, contact our team on WhatsApp or Instagram with your order number and clear photos of the item.

• Home Pickup: Our courier will be dispatched to pick up the items securely.
• Quick Validation: Once received at our facility, our team will inspect the item.
• Fast Refunds: After approval, we will process your refund swiftly via InstaPay or Mobile Wallet.
