Note: For a successful return or exchange, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original, brand-new condition with all tags attached.

2. Shipping Fees for Returns

• If we made a mistake (damaged, defective, or incorrect items), Leavan will cover 100% of the return shipping and replacement costs.
• For size exchanges or change-of-mind returns, a standard return shipping fee will apply.

• Home Pickup: No need to leave your house! Our shipping courier will be dispatched directly to your address to pick up the items securely.
• Quick Validation: Once the item reaches our facility, our team will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition.
• Lightning-Fast Refunds: After approval, we will immediately process your financial refund via InstaPay or Mobile Wallet, ensuring you get your money back swiftly and securely.
